A Pour-Over Will is a type of will that is used in conjunction with a living trust. It is designed to ensure that any assets not already included in the trust at the time of death are transferred, or "poured over," into the trust. This type of will acts as a safety net to capture any assets that were not properly transferred to the trust during the creator’s lifetime.
